Our third high-speed weaving line is now live, raising annual capacity for stainless-steel and aluminum screens by 25%. Lead time for standard SKUs drops to 12–15 days for orders under 50,000 m².
The new line uses German-made rapier looms capable of weaving mesh counts from 14 to 30 mesh with wire diameters down to 0.12 mm — covering the full range of insect-screen specifications.
Combined with our existing 180 weaving looms, total monthly capacity now exceeds 2.5 million m².
